November 7, 2007: out again

Having returned from a wonderful and productive excursion into San Diego and Las Vegas, I am en route to North Carolina (Wilmington) to close a real estate deal. At least readers know I am a practitioner!

My posts will resume upon return Sunday.

A tough time for the market. A great time to be buying discounted real estate in many areas.
